Biography:
Dr. Howard has been admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of the State of Indiana and to the Bar of the U. S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. She certified as a Mediator for Family Law in the State of Indiana and holds a Secondary Education Teaching Certification for life in Indiana. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Indiana Bar, the Evansville Bar Association and of the American Association for Paralegal Education.
She has published several articles and made several conference presentations in various forums. She enjoys research and writing on issues in discrimination law, women's studies, and employment law. She is married to Gerry Howard and they have two children: Bob and Amanda.
